Nzioki wa Makau is an Employment and Labour Relations Judge in Kenya who presided over the case of Lynnet Kathure against Tullow Oil, ruling that the company had discriminated against her by treating her as a single employee despite her responsibilities as a mother, and ordering the company to compensate her for the unfair dismissal and discrimination.
