
Odo of Bayeux
Odo of Bayeux was the half-brother of William the Conqueror and served as the Bishop of Bayeux. He is traditionally thought to have commissioned the Bayeux Tapestry, which illustrates the Norman Conquest of England, and he played a significant role in the political and ecclesiastical affairs of Normandy and England during the 11th century.
