Rafila Mirzayeva

Rafila Mirzayeva is a retired nurse and a resident of Donetsk who has experienced the horrors of war firsthand. Recently, she narrowly escaped death during a bombing incident, which also endangered her 17-year-old granddaughter with autism. Mirzayeva firmly opposes the idea of ceding Donetsk to Russia, viewing it as a grave mistake that would treat the local population as mere bargaining chips.
