Rallys Pliauzer

Rallys Pliauzer is the president of the Chamber of Asia, an organization that promotes trade and economic cooperation between Asian countries and Argentina. He is currently involved in renewing a bilateral cooperation agreement with Chinese officials during their upcoming visit to Buenos Aires.
