Ricardo Obregón Cano

Ricardo Obregón Cano was a prominent figure in the Argentine left-wing guerrilla movement during the 1970s. He was a member of the People's Revolutionary Army (ERP) and was involved in various revolutionary activities against the military dictatorship. Following the return to democracy, he was one of the guerrilla leaders tried and later pardoned in the 1990s under Carlos Menem's government, a decision that remains controversial in Argentine politics.
