Richard Garnett

Richard Garnett is a law professor at the University of Notre Dame and a faculty fellow with the university's Religious Liberty Clinic. He has been involved in legal advocacy for the rights of religious organizations in education and has worked alongside his wife, Nicole Stelle Garnett, on cases that explore the constitutional boundaries of church and state.
