
Robert Sobukwe
Robert Sobukwe was a prominent South African anti-apartheid activist and the founder of the Pan Africanist Congress (PAC), which sought to advance the rights of Black South Africans during the oppressive apartheid regime. Known for his eloquent speeches and commitment to racial equality, Sobukwe was instrumental in mobilizing protests, including the 1960 Sharpeville Massacre, which highlighted the brutal realities of apartheid.
