Rosemary is a retired Spanish teacher in her late 70s who, along with her husband, takes their son on annual holidays to Madrid. Their son has cerebral palsy and scoliosis and requires a wheelchair, prompting Rosemary to advocate for better customer service from Aer Lingus regarding their travel needs.
