Rosmeri Miranda-López

Rosmeri Miranda-López is a Guatemalan immigrant who, along with her husband Esvin Juárez, lived in the United States for over two decades before being deported. During their time in the U.S., they worked hard to establish a construction business and sought legal immigration status, including applying for a visa designed for crime victims. Their deportation left their four children in a precarious situation, with their eldest daughter, Beverly, taking on the responsibility of caring for her younger siblings.
