Rostyslav Palahusynets

Rostyslav Palahusynets is the Deputy Permanent Representative of Ukraine to international organizations in Vienna. He recently brought attention to Ukraine's concerns regarding Russia's preparations for further attacks on the country's energy infrastructure, including critical facilities serving nuclear power plants. During a session of the OSCE Security Cooperation Forum, Palahusynets emphasized the humanitarian implications of these attacks, particularly during the harsh winter months, and called for increased international support to counteract Russia's aggression.
