Rudolf Pishallo

Rudolf Pishallo was a young nobleman and entrepreneur who played a pivotal role in the construction of the Pishalovsky Castle in Minsk, which served as a prison. He won the public auction for the prison's construction in 1821 and later built a career in government service, although his name became more associated with the prison due to his judicial roles.
