Ruth Lafosse

Ruth Lafosse is a constitutional lawyer and a representative of the citizen platform Defensores de Honduras. She gained attention for filing a legal action before the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice, seeking to declare the electoral decree 58-2025, which orders a recount of votes, as inapplicable.
