Sarah Hayden is a social worker and equine-assisted psychotherapist from Victoria, Australia, who gained recognition for her advocacy for neurodivergent individuals after being diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 48. A mother of five and a foster mother to 55 children, she has also recently been elected as the mayor of Golden Plains Shire. Hayden is the author of the forthcoming book 'Parenting Different,' which focuses on raising neurodivergent children. Her journey highlights the increasing awareness and diagnosis of ADHD among women, particularly in midlife.
