Sergei Dubinsky

Sergei Dubinsky is a former officer of the Russian intelligence service and one of the key figures implicated in the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 in 2014, which resulted in the deaths of 298 people. He was sentenced in absentia by a Dutch court to life imprisonment for his role in the tragedy.
