He has been actively campaigning and is known for his role as the convener of the Inquilab Mancha organization. Hadi was seriously injured in a shooting incident that occurred the day after the election schedule was announced, raising significant concerns about the safety of political candidates in the lead-up to the elections. Following the attack, he was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital and later transferred to Evercare Hospital due to the severity of his injuries.
