She Zhijiang is a Chinese entrepreneur born in 1982 in Hunan province, who gained notoriety for orchestrating a sprawling and controversial city known as Shwe Kokko in Myanmar, which has been linked to various illicit activities including scams and human trafficking. He was arrested in Bangkok in 2022 at the request of Chinese authorities and is currently awaiting extradition to China.
