Shoaib Rahim

Shoaib Rahim served as the chief financial officer and acting mayor of Kabul from 2016 to 2019, where he played a crucial role in managing the city’s finances during a tumultuous period in Afghanistan's history. He has also contributed to academia as a lecturer at the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, sharing insights on governance and public policy in conflict-affected regions.
