Smita Ghosh

Smita Ghosh is a senior appellate counsel at the Constitutional Accountability Center (CAC), a progressive public interest law firm. She has been actively involved in legal battles against various executive actions taken by the Trump administration, particularly those that challenge constitutional rights, such as the prohibition on birthright citizenship.
