Stepan Nekrashevich

Stepan Nekrashevich was a Belarusian linguist and researcher notable for his contributions to the study of the Belarusian language and its vocabulary. He collaborated with Nikolai Baikov on a Belarusian-Russian dictionary published in 1925. Nekrashevich faced political persecution during the Stalinist purges, which affected many intellectuals of his time, leading to his repression.
