Stjepan Bobek

Stjepan Bobek was a prominent Yugoslav footballer, celebrated for his exceptional goal-scoring abilities during his career in the mid-20th century. He played primarily as a forward and is best known for his time with Partizan Belgrade, where he became the club's all-time leading scorer. Bobek also had a successful international career, representing Yugoslavia in several major tournaments. His record of 423 goals in European leagues stood for decades until recently matched by Robert Lewandowski.
