Stuart Tootle

Stuart Tootle is a retired British colonel who commanded the first British military unit sent to Helmand province, Afghanistan, in 2006. He has criticized former President Donald Trump's statements about NATO, calling them 'unfortunate, inaccurate, and wholly unjustified,' and has called for an apology from Trump for diminishing the contributions of allied forces.
