Tal Spiegel

Tal Spiegel is a talented pastry chef and designer based in Paris. With a background in both design from Shenkar in Tel Aviv and pastry from Ferrandi Paris, he uniquely merges artistic concepts into his dessert creations. Known for his vibrant and imaginative pastries, he recently opened his first shop, Abra, in Paris, where he combines his skills to produce visually stunning and flavorful desserts, including a notable lemon tart shaped like a juicer and a cheesecake that resembles a large Babybel cheese. His innovative approach transforms culinary experiences into works of art.
