Talat Pascha was a prominent Ottoman statesman and one of the leaders of the Young Turks movement. Serving as the Minister of the Interior, he played a significant role in the Armenian Genocide during World War I and was a key figure in the establishment of the first modern one-party dictatorship in Turkey.
