Terry Smart

Terry Smart is the outgoing CEO of JB Hi-Fi, having spent over two decades with the company in various roles, including a previous tenure as CEO from 2010 to 2014. He returned to the company in 2017 and has been credited with significant improvements in performance and growth, overseeing the successful repositioning of The Good Guys brand and leading JB Hi-Fi to record sales and profit levels. Smart announced his retirement at the age of 60, expressing confidence in his successor, Nick Wells, and stating that it was the right time for him to step aside.
