Thomas Lattanzio

Thomas Lattanzio is a researcher affiliated with the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and he has contributed to analyzing the costs of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, estimating that Russia has spent around 24 billion euros on payments to soldiers wounded in the war and to the families of soldiers who have died.
