Tomás Tarruella

Tomás Tarruella is a prominent Spanish restaurateur and entrepreneur from Barcelona, known for founding the Tragaluz restaurant group, which operates 24 restaurants and employs around 850 people. He gained recognition for his innovative approach to dining, emphasizing creativity and a unique atmosphere in his establishments. After studying law in the United States, he pivoted to the food industry, opening his first Häagen-Dazs ice cream shop at 19 and later launching the popular Mordisco restaurant with his mother.
