Toni Sarrión is a prominent winemaker recognized for his exceptional work with the Bobal grape, particularly when cultivated in the unique Pago Terrerazo at an altitude of 800 meters. His accessible wine is vinified separately from each vineyard and variety, followed by a 12-month maturation in French oak to enhance its finesse. The wine is noted for its aromas of ripe red and black fruits, balsamic notes, and a subtle spice, delivering a flavorful and fresh experience with a long aftertaste.
