
Vasyl Khyliuk
Vasyl Khyliuk is the father of Dmytro Khyliuk, a Ukrainian journalist recently freed from Russian captivity after three and a half years. Vasyl was also briefly detained by Russian forces during the early days of the invasion while trying to assess the damage to their family home in Kozarovychi. He has experienced the anguish of not knowing the fate of his son during their separation.
