Víctor Smolansky

Víctor Smolansky is a Venezuelan politician and former mayor of El Hatillo who was ousted from his position and subsequently pursued by the Maduro government, leading him to seek exile. He has been an outspoken critic of Nicolás Maduro's regime and has served as a commissioner for the Organization of American States (OAS).
