Vinod Ram is a 34-year-old mine worker suffering from silicosis, a debilitating respiratory illness caused by prolonged exposure to silica dust. Having worked in the mines since he was 15, he struggles to breathe and faces significant health challenges while his wife, Champa Devi, has recently gained skills in solar panel installation to help support their family amid financial difficulties.
