Vladimir Harlan

Vladimir Harlan is the chief physician of the Alyoshkovskaya Central District Hospital in the Kherson region of Ukraine. He was recently awarded the title of Hero of Russia by President Vladimir Putin for his courage and selflessness demonstrated in the performance of his professional duties under extreme conditions.
