Yauheni Preiherman

Yauheni Preiherman is the founder of the Minsk Dialogue Council on International Relations, a think tank focused on foreign policy issues in Belarus. He is recognized for his insights into Belarusian diplomacy and has commented on the delicate balance Lukashenko maintains between Moscow and the West. Preiherman views Lukashenko's recent outreach to the West as a strategic move to regain some autonomy amid increasing dependence on Russia.
