Yitzhak Kasselman

Yitzhak Kasselman is a prominent Haredi engineer and a vice president at Microsoft, known for his expertise in corporate software and real-time data analytics. Born in Riga, Latvia, he immigrated to Israel at the age of six and grew up in a mixed Jewish-Arab neighborhood in Ramla. After serving in the Israeli military's intelligence unit, he worked at various tech companies before joining Microsoft in 2013. Kasselman is recognized for his efforts to integrate Haredi employees into the tech workforce, emphasizing the importance of inclusivity and the value of diverse perspectives in the industry. Recently, he advanced to a global corporate vice president role, overseeing a team of 400 employees worldwide while also completing rabbinical studies in the United States.
