Zhores Medvédev
Zhores Medvédev was a notable Soviet dissident, scientist, and twin brother of historian Roy Medvédev, who criticized the Soviet regime and faced persecution for his views. He spent time in a psychiatric hospital due to his dissidence and later lived in exile in London, where he continued to voice his opposition to the Soviet government until his death in 2018.
