Aleksander Darçiyev

Aleksander Darçiyev is a Russian diplomat who has recently been appointed as the U.S. Ambassador to Russia. He represented the Russian side during high-stakes negotiations aimed at restoring diplomatic relations between the United States and Russia in Beyoğlu, Istanbul.
