Alexandra of Russia

Alexandra of Russia (1872-1918) was the last Empress of Russia and the wife of Tsar Nicholas II. She is often remembered for her close relationship with the mystic Rasputin and her struggles with the political turmoil that led to the Russian Revolution. Alexandra and her family were executed by Bolsheviks in 1918, marking the end of the Romanov dynasty.
