Isabella II of Spain

Isabella II of Spain (1830-1904) ascended the throne at a young age and faced numerous challenges during her reign, including civil unrest and political instability. Her rule, marked by attempts to modernize Spain, ultimately led to her exile in 1868 after a revolution, and she spent the rest of her life in France.
