Blas José de Rozas

Blas José de Rozas was a commander in the Paraguayan forces who played a significant role in the early revolutionary movements against Spanish colonial authority. He was instrumental in igniting the revolutionary spirit in Corrientes, contributing to the efforts for Paraguay's independence in May 1811.
