Carlo XII

Carlo XII, also known as Charles XII of Sweden, was a Swedish king who reigned from 1697 until his death in 1718. He is best known for his military campaigns during the Great Northern War, where he fought against a coalition that included Russia, Denmark-Norway, and Saxony-Poland. Carlo XII is often remembered for his youthful ambition and tactical prowess, as well as the significant battles fought in Ukraine during the war. His reign ended abruptly due to his mysterious death, which has been the subject of much speculation and historical analysis.
