Chen Chuang

Chen Chuang, born in December 1968, is an ethnic Han and a member of the Communist Party of China. With a master's degree, he currently holds the position of Deputy Secretary and General Manager of the Liaoning Publishing Group Co., Ltd., and is being proposed for further responsibilities.
