Guan Xuefeng

Guan Xuefeng, born in April 1972, is a Manchu ethnic member and a Communist Party member with a doctoral degree. He serves as the Deputy Secretary of the Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and is being considered for a leadership role at a bachelor's degree institution.
