Wang Lixun

Wang Lixun, born in July 1977, is an ethnic Han and a Communist Party member with a doctoral degree. He is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Pulandian District in Dalian and is being considered for the role of Secretary in a district committee of a vice-provincial city.
