Li Guang

Li Guang is the Party Branch Secretary of the Chuangye Village in Jilin Province's Baicheng City, known for his leadership in transforming a once struggling agricultural village into a successful green rice production hub. Following a devastating flood in 1998, Li played a pivotal role in rebuilding the community, overcoming initial skepticism from villagers about new agricultural techniques.
