Ciro
Ciro is an Iranian migrant who fled his home country due to religious persecution after converting to Christianity. He and his wife escaped Iran five years ago after their underground church was discovered, leading to the arrest of several friends. Following a perilous journey through South and Central America, they reached the United States, but both were detained under new immigration policies and sent to Costa Rica. Currently, Ciro is at the Catem center, where he expresses deep concern for his safety and the separation from his wife, who remains in a detention center in the U.S.
