Colonel Dmytro Palisa is the newly appointed commander of the 33rd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Previously serving as the deputy commander of the 30th Brigade, he is noted for his youth and combat experience, having participated in significant battles in Donetsk and Kharkiv. He is also the brother of Pavlo Palisa, the deputy head of the President's Office.
