Fabrice Caro, known by his pen name Fabcaro, is a contemporary French comic book writer and artist recognized for his work on the Astérix series. He has taken up the mantle of scripting new adventures for the beloved characters Astérix and Obélix, bringing a modern perspective to the iconic stories originally created by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo. Caro's upcoming album, 'Astérix en Lusitanie,' set for release in October, marks the first journey of the characters into the ancient territory of Lusitania, now known as Portugal.
