Federico Cerdas

Federico Cerdas is a real estate developer linked to multiple allegations of fraud involving the construction and sale of residential properties in Mexico City. He and his associated company, Global Businesses Inc., are accused of defrauding at least 70 families and a Canadian investment fund by failing to deliver on promised real estate projects under the Skyhaus brand, with only one of eight projects partially completed. Cerdas has reportedly attempted to evade legal actions by offering alternative properties without disclosing the precarious legal status of the original investments.
