Felipe Carreras
Felipe Carreras is a Brazilian politician and member of the Socialism and Liberty Party (PSB) representing the state of Pernambuco in the Chamber of Deputies. He is known for authoring the legislation that established the Emergency Program for the Recovery of the Events Sector (Perse) in 2021, aimed at supporting sectors severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Recently, he has been vocal in advocating for a smooth transition for the sector as the program nears its end.
