Fernando Marcando

Fernando Marcando is a prominent Venezuelan political figure and former state co-ordinator for Vente Venezuela, a political party founded by Nobel Peace Prize-winner María Corina Machado. He recently fled Venezuela amidst the political turmoil following Nicolás Maduro's capture and has been vocal about the need for democratic transition and liberation from dictatorship.
