George Schultz

George Schultz was an esteemed American economist, diplomat, and businessman who served as the United States Secretary of State under President Ronald Reagan. He played a significant role in shaping U.S. foreign policy during the Cold War and was influential in promoting arms control agreements with the Soviet Union. Schultz was also known for his work in the business world, particularly with Bechtel Group, and was respected for his contributions to both government and private sectors until his passing in February 2021.
